If you are going through mediation, then I applaud you because mediation is hard.  

In mediation, you are facing all the information and all the options head on.  Sometimes you need a guide to help you navigate things, to help reduce down the number of options and work through these until an optimal solution presents itself (often one that you can both make work best).
