Most of the time in settlement work the financial data is set out in open financial statements, Form Es, spreadsheets, scraps of paper.
For many people this doesn’t help them to understand what the settlement works for them. When undertaking financial planning in divorce I use a piece of software which gives a visual representation of each scenario. This enables a visual story to be shown of how each part of a settlement will work and how the overall outcome meets need, goals and objectives
